Access
- Is there a shuttle bus service?
- There is no shuttle bus service from the airport or train stations to our hotel. There is a shuttle bus (fee required) from Sakai Higashi Station on the Nankai Koya Line to Sakai Station on the Nankai Main Line (directly connected to the hotel). For details, please see ACCESS.
- How do I get to your hotel from the airport?
- It takes about 37 minutes from "Kansai Airport Station" to "Sakai Station" on the Nankai Main Line by express train. For details, please see ACCESS.
- What is the closest station to your hotel?
- Sakai Station on the Nankai Main Line.
- Is there a parking available?
- Parking is available on the 1st floor (Capacity: 84 vehicles, including 6 spaces for large buses / Paid).
Please note that spaces are limited, and we appreciate your understanding if the parking is full. - Can I reserve a parking space?
- We do not accept reservations for parking.

- Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
- We can keep your luggage. Please inquire at our hotel front desk.
- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Please send your luggage to the address below, indicating the stay date and the guest name.

- Cribs are available for rent. Please inquire at the time of reservation as there is a limited number of cribs available.

- Deluxe Twin rooms are available as barrier-free rooms.
- What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel up to 2 days prior to your stay in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.
After that, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
Individual reservations: 100% of the room charge for no-shows, the day before or the day of the stay.
Group reservations: Please contact us for separate cancellation policy. - Can I stay with my pet?
- Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs are permitted.)
- Can minors stay at the hotel alone?
- Minors may stay at the hotel with the approval of a person with parental authority. Please submit a consent form for all guests to the front desk upon check-in. If we deem it necessary, we may contact the person with parental authority. Please download the accommodation agreement form from the following link.

- Located on the 1st floor.
- Is there a microwave oven in your hotel?
- Microwave ovens are located on guestroom 1st Floor.
- Is there a smoking area in your hotel?
- Our entire hotel, including the lobby and guest rooms, is a non-smoking facility. Please use the designated smoking area to the right after exiting the main entrance on the 1st floor.
- Can I use the Internet in your hotel?
- Internet access is available in your room. Wi-Fi (high speed wireless LAN) is also available in the lobby and restaurant. Please inquire at the front desk or restaurant for the password. Each banquet room also has its own Wi-Fi (high-speed wireless LAN).
- Is there a self-service laundry?
- A self-service laundry room is available on the 1st floor (8 machines, coin-operated).
- Do you have wheelchairs available for rent?
- Free wheelchairs are available for rent in our hotel. The number of wheelchairs is limited, so please inquire in advance.
